What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order without penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item has already been shipped, please use our easy returns system for a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX). We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery time varies because we ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers depending on your location.

Estimated delivery time:

5 - 8 business days (United States)

7 - 12 business days (Other countries)

Your tracking number will be updated 1 - 2 business days after your order has shipped.

How can I track my order?

We will send you an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. You will usually receive the tracking number 1 -2 days after we ship your order.

What should I do if my package is lost?

Please contact us if you have not received your order or if the order has been lost in transit. We are happy to help you.

How do I request an exchange or return?

You can simply email our customer service at info.championsoundllc@gmail.com and inform us of your order number and your exchange/return request. Once you have taken your package to your local post office, you can contact our team to share your return tracking with us.

Can you help with a defective product?

We apologize if you have received a damaged item. Send a photo of the damaged product to info.championsoundllc@gmail.com with your order number and we will be happy to help you with a solution.

Please note that any damaged item outside the 30 day returns period cannot be returned or refunded.
